Understanding the level of stakeholder support for your project helps guide your planning.
You can survey stakeholders for their support in the Sourcing Plan's implementation. After outlining your plan details (See here: Creating a Sourcing Plan), you can include specific hospital personnel in your stakeholder survey.
A form email is generated and available for Preview prior to sending.
The recipient's receive an email notification to which they respond Yes/No in support of the Sourcing Plan.
