How Do I Get Help?

Curvo Customer Success is here to help you be successful. You can reach us through Chat, Email, or Phone.

If you need help at any time, please let us know. You can reach us in several ways.

  1. Chat  - The chat button is embedded on the bottom left of each Curvo page. Simply click the button and begin typing. If one of our team members is monitoring chat, we will respond quickly. If we are not monitoring chat, you will be asked for your email and the chat bot will create a ticket. This ticket will be forwarded to the full team and someone will respond shortly.
  2. Create a ticket - This page will allow you to enter your question and create a ticket.  A team member will get back to you right away.
  3. Email - Each customer is assigned a Customer Success Manager (CSM), this person is your primary point of contact at Curvo and is responsible for ensuring that you get value from your subscription. This includes training. Email your CSM anytime. You can also email help@curvolabs.com. If the matter is urgent or your CSM is out of the office, emailing help@curvolabs.com will result in a ticket being created and your message being seen by the full team. Someone will respond. 
  4. Phone - You may also choose to call your CSM on their direct line. CSMs are very busy throughout the day and may be in a meeting when you call, but feel free to leave a message so they can call you back.
