How does a Vendor Register?

A vendor may self-register upon receipt of an Opportunity invite email.

You access to the Vendor Self-Service Registration form by using the link/URL included in the Opportunity invite email.

You are then required to complete the following company information:


1. Company Name – Required
2. Website – Not required
3. First Name – Required
4. Last Name – Required
5. Email – Required
6. Phone – Required
7. Address Line 1 – Required
8. Address Line 2 – Not required
9. City – Required
10. State – Required
11. Zip Code – Required
12. Opportunity Code – Not Required
13. Curvo Terms of Service – Required 
14. Curvo Privacy Policy – Required 

Once your registration is approved, you receive an email including the username, temporary password, and link/URL to login.

Upon submitting your new password, you are logged in and directed to your “Home” tab.
