Try entering “159575” in Lookup to get a feel for how it works.

Price Spray Chart

Where is the Price Spray Chart?

On the search result page, click on the part name to expand the panel below for more info. Here you will find the price spray chart on the right.

What does the Price Spray Chart mean?

Lookup plots the total quantity purchased on the vertical axis, and the unit price on the horizontal axis. Using the price spray graph, you’re able to look for concentration around price points.

Identify pricing tiers & see if the data aligns with your expectations of the market!

GTIN Data

  1. On the search results page, click on the part to expand the detailed panels view.
  2. Click on the GTIN number.
  3. A new window will open for Access GUDID.

Now you can learn more about a device’s identifiers, characteristics, and status in an easier and faster way.

Filter by GIC Classification

GIC is powered by Orthopedic Network News, the gold standard in orthopedic content, classification, and categorization.

On the advanced search page, the GIC field allows you to look up parts based on categories, such as “spine plate””. There are 80+ GIC’s to choose from!

On the search results page, GIC is a filter option in the sidebar on the left. This way, you can filter any catalog number or keyword search by a category like “spine plate”, or  a subcategory, such as “cervical” or “lumbar”. Additional filters in the sidebar include supplier and GMDN.

Flag & Report Suspect Data

As you know, data can be hard to get right. We aren’t perfect, but you can help us get better!

You can flag and report line items directly to the Curvo data team to review. Bad descriptions, wrong UoM’s, or even benchmarks that don’t look quite right, send it all.

Here’s how:

  1. On the search results page, hover over the right side of the product’s row.
  2. A red flag appears.
  3. Click on it to report the issue.
Our data team will receive the report and review the flag. They might reach out for any additional details, and adjust our data processing to improve the output in the future.

    Link Items with Duplicate UOM

Items can come in several Units of Measurement. The Lookup search engine recognizes that one item can be purchased as both a pack and a box. But experienced supply chain leaders like you know that they’re one and the same. That’s why, your feedback is crucial in making sure Lookup’s benchmarking data continues to be accurate.

For identical UOMs for a particular item:

    1. On the search results page, hover over the side of the product’s row
    2. A chain-like icon appears
    3. Click on the chain icon for the pack i.e. PK
    4. Then, click on the chain icon for the item where the UOM is box i.e. BX
    5. Our data team will receive the report and review the link between the two items. They might reach out for any additional details, and adjust our data processing to improve the output in the future.
