Curvo processes millions of rows of data each month, and occasionally bad data matches and bad enrichments slip through the cracks. Our intention is to be transparent about where and how data was matched so that you and Curvo can easily see a bad match or bad enrichments and get it fixed.
If you find mismatched data or enrichment errors, please let us know.
- Create a ticket - This page will allow you to enter information about the data issue and create a ticket. A team member will get back to you right away.
- Email - You can email help@curvolabs.com. Emailing help@curvolabs.com will result in a ticket being created and your message being seen by the full team. Someone will respond quickly.
Include as much information about the data concern as you can. Screenshots that include the mismatched fields in question are especially helpful, as are details regarding any active filters you have applied & which basket, visual, etc. you were looking at when you found the bad match or bad enrichment.
