How should I use the Contracts page?

Contracts is your home for all of your organization's submitted contracts.

The Contracts page lists all of the contracts that your organization submitted to Curvo. Just like how Curvo matches your PO spend to our master databases, Curvo matches your contracted items. When matched to our database, Curvo provides utilization analytics for each of your submitted contracts. 

You can search for contracts based on contract description in the Search Contracts free text field or filter the list and click on the contract name.

 

Once you see the contract that you want to view, select the highlighted contract name hyperlink for dashboard analysis specific to the items included in the contract.

There are three ways to analyze contract data inside the Contract visuals on the left side of the screen:

• Market Price Comparison: Quickly compare contract prices to unit prices to price benchmarks.  

• Contract Items: This is a full list of items on the contract where you can search and view items on the contract.

• Contract Utilization: Use this view to track purchases of contracted items.  You can see if you're paying the contracted price and evaluate the difference.  Learn more here: How to use the Contract Utilization Angle?

For all of these reports, don't forget to choose your date range and tier when using this report.
