Curvo Supplier Portal 101

Curvo provider clients connect vendors to opportunities directly through our application.

Projects are initiated and reviewed from the Curvo application

Curvo provider clients have the ability to kick off projects directly from our application. They can use standard Curvo PPI categories or create a custom "basket" of utilization based on the scope of the initiative. When a provider kicks off the project, vendors contacts receive an email invite to register for the event. Once vendor bids are submitted, the provider can review the offer against current utilization + pricing and build out award scenarios. 

All projects will contain line item usage available for the vendor to review 

Project usage can be found within the opportunity. This can help inform the scope of the opportunity and be used to build a competitive cross reference

Tiers, catalogs, pricing and cross references must all be uploaded in the Configuration section of the supplier portal

Recommended bid building steps:

  1. Review project usage  
  2. Document project tiers 
  3. Load catalog with pricing 
  4. Load cross reference (optional) 
  5. Submit offer

The offer will not flow through to the Curvo project until it has been submitted. 

Everything uploaded to the supplier portal will be available for future projects

Should another Curvo client invite you to a project in the future, you can use previously loaded tiers, catalogs and cross references. You can also add or amend tiers and pricing based on the project.
